Tuchel explains his plan to get the best out of Timo Werner
Tuchel will hope to bring the best out of Timo Werner Amongst the things on Thomas Tuchel's to-do list is to get Timo Werner finding form and firing again in a Chelsea Shirt. Werner signed for Chelsea in the summer and begun his Blue's career impressively scoring eight goals in his first thirteen appearances. Since then however, he has scored only once in 16 games, the most recent being a penalty miss against Luton in the Fa cup fourth round. Having seen and faced Werner during his managerial spells in Germany, Tuchel is fully aware of his fellow compatriots ability, as well as his ability to play in his role and hopes to help Werner showcase it. On Werner's body language Tuchel explained 'At the moment he has a closed face as there is a huge weight on his shoulders.' 'He does care a lot, this is reflected in his character. Sometimes being a striker it could help that you care a lot; sometimes you would thing it's better to not care at all, but he is not
