Hudson-Odoi reveals how Tuchel wanted him and the team to play
Chelsea's Man of the match on Wednesday night Callum Hudson-Odoi caught the eye despite being asked to play in a rather unfamiliar position. Man of the match Callum Hudson-Odoi put in a brilliant performance in a 0-0 against Wolves The youngster was started at right back by Thomas Tuchel in the Germans' first game in charge and was later switched to the left hand side later on in the game as Christian Pulisic came on. The game as a whole finished in a 0-0 stalemate with not a lot of chances although changes began to increase for Chelsea nearer the end of the game. One of those was a shot from Hudson-Odoi as he cut in from the left hand side only for the shot to be saved. However it was not only Hudson-Odoi's attacking work which saw him awarded the man of the match, it was in fact his duties as a wing-back which were evident as the game ended when he snuffed out a dangerous attack from Wolves.
