Tuchel believes that homegrown players at Chelsea can make the step up into the first team such as Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel insists that it is important that Chelsea have an identity with the homegrown players at the heart of Chelsea's team and believes that the quality is there for this to be achieved. When asked about the importance of the club producing youngsters during his media press conference to preview the game against Tottenham and he responded with praise of both the physical and technical qualities he has seen from the academy graduates in Chelsea's team, as well the mentality adopted to rise to any challenges.
