Blues head coach Liam Rosenior confirms team news ahead of champions league round of 16 2nd tie at home to Paris Saint - Germain

Ahead of Chelsea's round of leg second round tie at home to Paris Saint-Germain Blue's head coach Liam Rosenior provided an update on four of his players in his pre match press conference

It's a big game for Chelsea as the Blues welcome Luis Enrique's PSG to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening as they look to overturn a 5-2 first leg defeat in the French capital.

It was from Stamford Bridge where Rosenior was joined at the table at his pre match press conference by Joao Pedro as they spoke to the gathered media to preview the tie. Rosenior provided the latest update on a quartet of his players with the main point being an injury to Reece James, while there was more positive news on the availability of Estevao Willian.

On Reece James Rosenior said that "with Reece he felt something in his hamstring at the end of the game against Newcastle. "That's really frustrating and disappointing for us and we don't know the full extent of it just yet, however, this rules him out for tomorrow." It could be a few weeks out. With a hamstring injury it's never great. Hopefully we can get him scanned, find out the extent and we go from there. " Obviously we know he's an important player and an important leader he is in the group as our captain."

Elsewhere Rosenior confirmed that Malo Gusto was ill today and confirmed he would looked at tomorrow before a call was made on whether he would feature.

On Estevao Rosenior commented saying that the Brazilian would participate in training and will be part of the group and that he would be assessed whether he would take part in tomorrows game.

Regarding Filip Jorgensen Rosenior said that he had felt something in his groin after the PSG game and said that the club would look to get him scanned to find out the full extent of the injury.
